Inquiry submissions are delivered to our team by email using Twilio SendGrid, an email delivery provider that processes the contents of your submission on our behalf in order to transmit it. We do not otherwise share your information with third parties, except where we are required to do so by law or by a competent regulatory authority such as the Central Pollution Control Board or Gujarat Pollution Control Board.

5. How long we keep it

Inquiry correspondence is retained in our business email systems for as long as needed to deal with your inquiry and any resulting commercial relationship, and thereafter for as long as we are required to keep records under applicable Indian law. You may ask us to delete your inquiry correspondence at any time using the contact details below.

6. Your rights

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or complete it, ask us to erase it, and nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf. Submissions are transmitted over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and the inquiry form is protected by a captcha to limit automated abuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
